Which milk analyzers and weighing scales does it work with?
The collection screen reads FAT, SNF and weight directly from commonly used milk analyzers and electronic weighing scales over USB or serial cable, so nothing is typed by hand. Share your machine models and we will confirm the connection.
Can we use our own rate chart?
Yes. Use FAT-only, FAT and SNF, or TS-based pricing, with separate charts for cow and buffalo milk, morning and evening shifts, and dates. Upload an existing chart or build it in the software.
Will it work at village centres with weak internet?
Yes. The collection counter works offline and keeps printing slips. Data syncs to the head office as soon as a connection is available.
How do farmers see their records?
Every pour can trigger an SMS with litres, FAT, SNF and amount, and farmers can check their passbook and payments in the mobile app, in Hindi or English.
Does it cover the plant as well as collection centres?
Yes. Modules cover centres, BMCs and chilling centres, tanker dispatch, plant intake and quality tests, production batches, and sales to dealers and booths, all connected.
How are farmer payments and deductions handled?
